Facilitating in the Virtual Classroom Course
20 April @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm AEST
Could you confidently facilitate a LIVE online Virtual Classroom?
As an experienced and skilled Facilitator, you rely on your ability to connect with people, provide an optimal learning environment, and coach to individual learning needs.
This all becomes a much different and significantly larger challenge in the Virtual Classroom environment (LIVE online).
In fact many Facilitators feel disconnected, demotivated and out of control when it comes to using the technology.
There are a specific set of skills required to carry the many tasks of operating the software, together with creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment, and leading learning experiences in the Virtual Classroom.
Yes, the LIVE online environment (Virtual Classroom) is quite different from a face-to-face workshop environment… BUT that doesn’t mean that it can’t be just as engaging or interactive!
Maximising the software capability combined with great facilitation skills can make for exciting and inspiring learning experiences for your participants.
“I can’t see them learning or thinking” is a common challenge I hear – and I acknowledge that the powerful elements of eye contact and body language are mostly absent.
However, because the Virtual Classroom is LIVE, there are ways we can read “body language through the bandwidth”, connect in a very human way with our participants, and create great facilitated learning experiences.
I’d like to teach you how!
