28 May @ 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm NZST
Bloom Learning Technologies is very excited to host Charles Jennings and Capability-building for L&D and HR: The Performance Detective workshop!
This workshop is designed for L&D professionals and HR business partners.
The half-day workshop will provide you with opportunities to learn about, and carry out, the core tasks of the Performance Detective. The Performance Detective determines where training and formal learning solutions will be effective and where other options to solve performance problems will be better.
This action-oriented workshop has been designed to:
- Provide insight/encouragement for L&D professionals and HRBPs to apply the Performance Detective role in the 70:20:10 Methodology™ effectively
- Create an opportunity to learn the steps/tasks in the Performance Detective role and apply them.
- Allow participants to leave with the confidence to apply some of the Performance Detective tasks immediately
